Who I am

Angie's Creative Hairdressing is run by Angie Snow, a sole trader based at 23 Allenstyle Drive, Yelland, Barnstaple, EX31 3DY. I am the "controller" of the personal information you share with me, which means I decide how it is used and I am responsible for looking after it under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What information I collect

How and why I use it

I do not sell your information, and I do not send you marketing messages unless you have asked me to.

Who I share it with

I do not share your information with anyone except where necessary to run my business, for example my accountant or HMRC for tax purposes, or where the law requires it. My email is provided by Yahoo and phone by my mobile network, who process messages on my behalf.

How long I keep it

Financial records are kept for 6 years as required by HMRC. Photos used with your consent are removed if you withdraw that consent.

How I keep it safe

Paper records are stored securely and digital records are kept on password-protected devices. Only I have access to your information.
